The main goal of the company is to develop its business activities, increase profits and strengthen competitiveness. The diploma thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the company and its industry. Finally, the return on investment will be evaluated and a new business model will be created.

Bachelor thesis deals with proposals for the development of business activities of Danish company ECCO operating in the global market. The subject of business is the production and sale of leather shoes for men, women and children. The proposals are aimed at activities by which the company deepen and reinforce relationships with its customers. Based on the analyzes and mystery shopping I’m able to examine the competition and define the steps that will lead to building a strong premium brand and increase customer satisfaction. My goal is using a specific approach to create the consumer shopping experience, develop the businesses activities and promote product sales. The basic standard applied in the creation of the proposal, is to develop customer value.

The diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of marketing activities of development company with already implemented development project Panorama City in Bratislava. Marketing attributes are important part of development projects with orientation of their customers, build their image, acquisition of market share and competitive advantage in the real estate market. All the above mentioned facts are analysed within my project The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the strategy of the development project and looking at managing principles and strategy direction of other already implemented development projects. The main aim of is based on the facts from particular analyses to consider right or wrong seepage respectively find the best possible option for the management of the company on the market that develops along with potential customers. My project is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is focused on familiarization with the basic concepts and processes in the area of construction the development process, analyze marketing environment and marketing strategies used in the construction using technical and scientific literature. In the second part-practical one focuses on analysis of specific Slovak development company and its already implemented a development project, and drafting strategies for marketing in the project. By applying a number of analyzes, which are blind, Porter and SWOT analysis highlight the results and findings after which it can be concluded any new variant of solution management direction and useful for other projects.

In the analytical part is application of theoretical knowledges on the observed company. Based on elaboration of individual branding elements of the company and competition, are processed activities suggestions for brand development of the company.

Diplomová práca rieši návrh vhodnej komunikačnej stratégie pre novú pobočku už existujúcej realitnej kancelárie. Poznatky z odbornej literatúry, ktorými sa zaoberá teoretická časť práce predstavujú nevyhnutný základ pre výber vhodných metód analýz vypracovaných v analytickej časti. Na základe výsledkov z týchto analýz je posledná časť práce venovaná návrhom konkrétnych riešení, vedúcim k dosiahnutiu stanovených cieľov.
